Domains and deliverability

When you send out emails, you normally get a nice report on the alleged number of messages delivered. A hidden issue is that this number is an aggregate across your whole list and may disguise delivery problems with a particular part of that list.

In this article, Spencer Kollas explains why you need to track deliverability on a recipient domain by recipient domain basis. As well as the theory, he has plenty of practical advice on where to focus your efforts.
