Trouble for HTML emails

Ken Magill reports on a Goodmail survey suggesting people react more negatively than we might think when confronted by emails with blocked images.

Ignoring any issues with the survey's does reinforce again the need to think carefully about how you use images in your marketing emails.

Since image blocking is not new, these impacts are likely already depressing your results. So maybe these results can get a nice boost simply through a redesign of your email template?
