It would be churlish not to start another glorious email marketing week without a mention of the A word.David Baker has some insights on how a few big ISPs (Hotmail, Comcast, AOL) are using, or planning to use, authentication in determining whether to deliver an incoming email or not.
Since he's talking about ISPs, he also has a few other bits of valuable information on their delivery practices, such as how they view different mailing volumes and frequencies.
