Mark, that's a useful post.
I particularly liked the refutation from themailwars concerning teens giving up on email. That current meme is about the most ridiculous one I've heard in a while. I understand and agree with the very core underlying logic of it, but the conclusions that are being drawn are absurd (as usual).
I tossed a link up to the post on my blog, so that the 3.4 human beings from China and Singapore who end up there by clicking the wrong link can have a chance to read some worthwhile posts on the topic. Cheers and keep up the good work, I, for one, enjoy what you have to say.
