Just got the latest issue of Constant Contact's newsletter. There's a nice article on how you might survey your email list. Gail Goodman describes why you want to do this, suggests the kind of questions you might ask and explains how the answers can help you improve your results.Constant Contact provide email marketing services for over 100,000 small businesses. And they just filed for an IPO. Thanks to Simms Jenkins of BrightWave Marketing for digging out the relevant SEC filing document.
