Christmas is early this year

You may be spared the jingles and annoying shop displays for a month or two, but the onslaught of holiday marketing advice has begun.And like my grandmother presumably would have said, "Before anything else, preparation is the key to success." (Or was that Alexander Graham Bell?)
First out of the blocks is the man with his finger steadfastly held on the pulse of retail email, Chad White.
Together with the EEC, he's published a 15-page "Guide to Gearing Up for the Holiday Email Season," based on observations from past holiday seasons.
