New Zealand anti-spam law poised for implementation

It's "butterflies in stomachs" time down in New Zealand, where the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act comes into force next Wednesday, September 5th.

The imminent arrival of this anti-spam legislation has businesses not a little confused at all the nuances and details that necessarily accompany such laws.
