It's "butterflies in stomachs" time down in New Zealand, where the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act comes into force next Wednesday, September 5th.The imminent arrival of this anti-spam legislation has businesses not a little confused at all the nuances and details that necessarily accompany such laws.
