CAUCE
Coalition Against Unsolicited Commercial Email. Advocates for a legislative solution to the spam problem.

ESPC
Email Sender and Provider Coalition. Works towards solutions that hurt spam, but allow legitimate email marketing to continue. Has advice for marketers on permission practices and similar.

The DMA
The Direct Marketing Association was a little ambivalent on the topic a while back but now has a more active anti-spam stance.

IAB
The Interactive Advertising Bureau encourages email marketing best practices to protect the distinction between spam and legitimate commercial email.
